Syndion attaches great importance to the security of its (medical) devices, systems and services. Despite our efforts to ensure their security, vulnerabilities may still exist. If you discover a vulnerability, we encourage you to report it responsibly. This approach is known as Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD). By reporting vulnerabilities in this way, Syndion can take appropriate measures to further protect its clients and systems.
Reporting a Vulnerability
Z-CERT handles Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD) reports on behalf of Syndion. How We Handle Your Report
Syndion and Z-CERT will treat your report confidentially and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt from Z-CERT. Within five working days, you will receive a response containing an assessment of your report and an expected resolution date.
As the reporter of the vulnerability, you will be kept informed by Z-CERT about the progress in resolving the issue.
We aim to resolve all reported vulnerabilities as quickly as possible.
